The Need
Totaljobs Group and their communications agency Red Consultancy wanted to raise the profile of the brand by exploring workplace formalities.
Our Approach
We designed a quantitative online survey which uncovered the type of greetings used within the workplace and examined how these differed by colleague type and occasion. Surveying 2,000 workers across a range of business sizes, industries, ages and regions across the UK, the research provided a countrywide perspective that allowed us to highlight key differences in response.
The Outcome
The research provided Totaljobs with a strong platform from which to raise awareness of the brand, securing extensive coverage in the tabloid, broadsheet, regional and trade press as well as being picked up for a segment on Good Morning Britain.
