Labour’s lead drops to 5 points while Johnson’s ratings remain poor
Labour are on 39% (-2) while the Conservatives are on 34% (+3), giving Labour a 5 point lead vs. 10 points in our last poll.

Boris Johnson recorded his worst ever approval rating with Opinium in our last poll. This week he has improved slightly but this remains his second worst rating. 24% approve of the way the prime minister is handling his job vs. 62% who disapprove. Rounding and decimal places make this a net rating of -37%.
