Multicultural Britain 2020: A turbulent year
2020 has been a turbulent year for the world. Coronavirus has led to sweeping changes in society, changing the way we live and interact.
It has affected some groups, such as ethnic minorities, more than others in infection rates. In June this year, the death of George Floyd in the USA led to worldwide protests on racism.
Against this backdrop, we have conducted our fourth Multicultural Britain series, exploring key issues of the day. We explore discrimination rates, experiences of interacting with health services in the context of Coronavirus, and perceptions of the police, racism and education.
